TERMS OF SERVICES – CLIVE AVE
Article 1 – Definitions In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used in the following sense, unless expressly stated otherwise:

Brand / Entrepreneur: CLIVE AVE, located in [Rotterdam, The Netherlands], and reachable via customer service at [Support@cliveave.com].

Customer: The natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance agreement with CLIVE AVE.

Agreement: Any arrangement or distance contract concluded between CLIVE AVE and the Customer via the online store.

Webshop: The online store operated by CLIVE AVE, accessible via www.cliveave.com, where our premium streetwear is offered.

Reflection Period (Cooling-off Period): The 14-day period within which the Customer can make use of their legal right of withdrawal.
Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by CLIVE AVE and to every distance contract concluded between the business and the Customer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the Customer.
Article 3 – The Offer & Pricing

If an offer is subject to a limited duration (e.g., limited drops) or subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer (such as clearly incorrect pricing) do not bind CLIVE AVE.

All prices on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions.

CLIVE AVE will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the Customer can dissolve the agreement.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The Customer has the right to cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the product.

During the cooling-off period, the Customer will handle the product and packaging with care. The Customer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The tags must remain attached.

If the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging to CLIVE AVE.

The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal fall on the Customer. The costs for return shipping are borne by the Customer, unless stated otherwise.
Article 6 – Delivery and Execution

CLIVE AVE will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products.

The place of delivery is the address that the Customer has made known to the company.

Accepted orders will be dispatched with convenient speed but at the latest within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon. If delivery is delayed, the Customer will be notified no later than 30 days after placing the order.
Article 7 – Payment

Unless otherwise stipulated, the amounts owed by the Customer must be paid immediately upon placing the order using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, Credit Card).

The Customer has the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment data to CLIVE AVE without delay.
Article 8 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to CLIVE AVE within a reasonable time after the Customer has discovered the defects.

Complaints can be submitted via email to: support@cliveave.com.

Complaints submitted to CLIVE AVE will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
