RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

GENERAL TERMS

ALL RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION: UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN INFERIOR CONDITION, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. EMAIL INFO@CLIVEAVE.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN.

  2. ONCE APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE RETURN ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

  3. PACK YOUR ITEMS SECURELY AND SHIP THEM BACK TO US.

REFUNDS

ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT YOUR RETURN, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL. IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

EXCHANGES

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE, PLEASE RETURN YOUR ORIGINAL ITEM FOR A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER TO ENSURE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

SHIPPING COSTS

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE, AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
